Safar Abiyev: "GUAM is working on Declaration of Peacekeeping Contingent"

The sum decree on GUAM Peacekeeping Contingent has not been issued yet, Safar Abiyev told journalists.

"This problem was discussed at the meeting of Headquarters' Deputy Chiefs meeting held in Baku. GUAM is working on Declaration of Peacekeeping Contingent, Peacekeeping parties are prepared so far," the Minister said.

It is not inconceivable that the Minister will participate at the meeting of CIS Defense Ministers Council, APA reports.
