US to assist insurance reforms in Azerbaijan

Chairman of the State Social Protection Fund of Azerbaijan Salim Muslimov met with the Ambassador of the United States to Azerbaijan Anne Derse.

Discussed were aspects of newly applied social insurance, necessity of benefiting from the European and USA experiences, involvement of the foreigners living in the country to social insurance, the role of insurance-pension incomes in state budget, and other questions.

The Ambassador expressed readiness to assist the Fund in solution of the abovementioned issues. AzerTAg
