Polish Speaker arrives in Baku

At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, he was welcomed by Deputy Chairman of the Milli Majlis Ziyafat Asgarov, Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov and other officials.

Mr. Borusewicz will visit Wednesday the Alley of Honors to commemorate nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev, and will pay tribute to brave sons of Azerbaijan who sacrificed their lives for independence and territorial integrity of the country, at the Alley of Martyrs.

The polish Speaker will meet a number of top-ranked officials as well as will visit the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Sangachal terminal.

He is also due to attend Thursday the opening of the center of Polish language and culture at the Baku Slavic University.
