Today, Azizbayov Court considered the former Finance Minister Fikret Yusifov's appeal.

The court considered his appeal and passed a decision to release former minister, trusted sources told the APA.

The chief of Azizbayov Court Araz Kazimov and Dilare Efrasiyabova a lawyer to former minister did not give any information to APA.

It should be noted that F.Yusifov was sentenced to 18 months under the 228.1 article of the Criminal Code (carrying illegal arm). He was detained on October 16 last year.
