Memorandum signed between Emergencies Ministry and Azerbaijan Red Crescent

The document was signed by Emergencies Minister Kamaleddin Heydarov and the chief of RC Novruz Aslanov, APA reports.

Heydarov said that the ministry highly appreciates the partnership with the organization and stressed that the memorandum will have positive results.

The Minister also sated Working Group will be established for developing and coordinating the partnership.

The chief DC Aslanov said that signed memorandum considers the coordination of affairs and will result effectively.

Noting that the organization has 250 000 members and 14 000 volunteers, Aslanov stressed RC will mediate in the support of Azerbaijan by international organizations.
