Khanlar Hajiyev: "Quality of appeals to the European Court of Human Rights has risen"

"The quality of appeals to the European Court of Human Rights has risen," Khanlar Hajiyev, the judge of European Court of Human Rights told the journalists.

Hajiyev said that the appeals made from Azerbaijan is about non-execution of Articles of European Convention of Human Rights; Article three (torture in the jails), Article six (restriction to the citizen's appeal to the court) and Article 11 (registration of social organizations), APA reports.
