Turkey Gendarme Forces Commander-in-Chief General Ishik Koshaner's visit to Azerbaijan, planned on November 14 was delayed.

The delay of the visit is concerned with Kushaner's health problems. The exact time of his visit is not known, Azerbaijan Internal Troops Press Service Department chief Tarana Mammadova told the APA.
