President Aliyev receives participants of Meeting of Azerbaijan-Japan State Commission

President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev today received participants of the 4th Meeting of Azerbaijan-Japan State Commission.

Vice-president of Itochu Corporation Yokota Akira said they had visited tomb of the nationwide leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev during the visit. Azerbaijan has achieved much under the leadership of Heydar Aliyev, he underlined.

Noting the high level of bilateral relations between Japan and Azerbaijan, the guest expressed confidence that the Fourth Meeting of the Azerbaijan-Japan State Commission would promote further expansion of cooperation between the two countries.

The Head of Azerbaijan State with great pleasure reminded his official visit to Japan, the goal of which, according to him, was to develop all-round cooperation between the two countries. The President spoke of the new projects currently being implemented in the country, noting Azerbaijan is keen in enhancing of cooperation with Japanese companies in this direction. AzerTAg
