"The Co-Chairs met with Presidents Robert Kocharian and Ilham Aliyev, as well as with Foreign Ministers. As a result of these meetings, which took place in an open minded and constructive spirit, both Presidents accepted Co-Chairs' proposal to meet in Minsk next week on the margins of the CIS Heads of States Council meeting. The discussions in both meetings confirmed that the consultations between the Foreign Ministers which took place in Moscow, Paris and Brussels in October-November were useful in moving of the negotiations forward.
