Musavat's appeal on rally rejected

Officials' letter said that reconstruction works do not enable to secure protestors. The letter also notes out that, BMO set appropriate venues to hold rally.

Deputy of Musavat Mehman Cavadoglu said that the government violated the opposition's right to hold rallies by making various excuses: "There is no construction work on our route.
