Separatist Karabakh regime to hold referendum

Nagorno Karabakh Armenians should express their attitude to the Constitution reflecting the independence of false state. 277 constituencies were formed in the occupied territories and 1 constituency was formed in separatist regime's office in Armenia. But relative organizations of the false state have not finished preparations for the referendum. The majority of the population is unaware of the purpose of referendum and text of the constitution.

Voting will begin at 8.00 and finish at 20.00. The initial results will be announced in 28 hours. According to separatist regime 90 000 men will participate in the voting, APA reports.
