PACE Monitoring Committee calls on Armenian government to dialogue

The constitution reform realized in Armenia by the help of CE was discussed in the meeting.

The monitoring committee prepared the preliminary report on Armenia’s CE commitments. The report says that though Armenia's political environment had bettered, the existence of dialogue between the opposition and government is important.

"To adopt the law does not mean that democratic reforms are realized in the country."

As APA reports, the report will be discussed in PACE winter session.
