The participants first visited Honor Alley. At the briefing held on the results of the meeting, Russian co-chair of interparliamentary commission Svetlana Orlova said the meeting was generally productive.
Svetlana Orlova stressed that economic situation, customs procedures, delimitation of the borders, trade turnover and issues on the cooperation in other economic spheres between the countries were discussed at the meeting.
"Russian and Azerbaijani governments have a number of projects covering different spheres of economy," she said.
Azerbaijani co-chair of the commission Valeh Aleskerov said the cooperation will continue efficiently.
He said that the future meetings will serve both the development of interparliamentary cooperation and interest of the states, APA reports.
