Christian Strohal: "OSCE will continue to cooperate with Azerbaijan"

Saying that he will meet with the officials of the government and opposition and the chiefs of the NGO in the frame of his two-day visit, Christian Strohal noted that the election reforms will be in the focus of the discussions.

"It is some years that we hold negotiations with Azerbaijani government in the field of election reforms. We will continue to cooperate with Azerbaijani government, NGO, opposition and the representatives of civil society," he said.

Christian Strohal said that they will look for the solution ways of the conflicts.

"We will try to solve the present problems together. After the visit is finished, I can announce OSCE' measures on these issues," he said.

The representative of the OSCE said that though the situation of human rights has normalized, but still some problems remain, APA reports.
