OSCE: "Niyazov's death gave Turkmen nation an opportunity to establish a democratic and legal state"

Director of OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights Christian Strohal regarded Turkmenbashi's death as a chance to implement democratic reforms in the country, he told reporters, APA reports.

"Turkmenbashi's death gave Turkmen nation an opportunity to establish a democratic and legal state," he noted.
