Ukraine offers Azerbaijan to modernize tanks

Ukraine offered Azerbaijan a project of modernization of Ukrainian tanks T-64, adopted by Armed Forces of Azerbaijan.

Prime Minister Victor Yanukovych told Tuesday after the meeting with Azeri PM Arthur Rasizade.

"Azeri army needs this modernization, and we have possibility to carry out this modernization," Ukraine's Premier said and noted that Ukraine has technical potentials to realize this project. ForUm
