Deputy FM meets Polish counterpart

Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Khalaf Khalafov has met the delegation led by the First Deputy Foreign Minister of Poland Pavel Koval, January 22, press center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told.

The parties with satisfaction noted the high level of the Azerbaijan-Poland relations, and focused cooperation both in bilateral format and in the frame of regional and international organizations, in economic and humanitarian spheres.

The delegation of Poland has been given detailed information about the policy of expansion and ethnic cleaning carried out by Armenia against Azerbaijan, process of the negotiations on settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

Also was discussed economic and political situation in region and the questions representing mutual interest on the frame of the international organizations, underlined the importance of continuation of mutual support and henceforth.

Value and opportunities of the expansion of cooperation between the two countries in energy sector was especially underlined.
