Armenian delegation not to participate in PACE spring session

Armenian delegation will not participate in the spring session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Speaker of Armenian parliament, the head of Armenian delegation to PACE Tigran Torosyan said.

He said that they will not participate in the session, because shortly after PACE April session parliamentary elections will be held in Armenia, APA reports quoting to Armenian press.

Azerbaijan's fulfilling the CE commitments will be discussed in the spring session of the PACE.

Parliamentary elections in Armenia will be held in May this year.
