Defense Minister meets Turkish President and Armed Forces General Staff chief

Following the play of the national anthems of the two countries, Minister Abiyev affixed his signature on a special book of the General Staff. Following that, Boyukanit and Abiyev held one-on-one meeting.

Azerbaijani Defence Minister also met with Turkish President Ahmad Necdet Sezer. They discussed relations between the two countries.

Azerbaijani Minister is expected to meet with Prime Minister Rajab Tayyib Erdogan and Defence Minister Vecdi Konul on Tuesday, APA's Turkey bureau reports.
