President Aliyev receives ECO Secretary General

Mr. Anwar said Azerbaijan has achieved great progress under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev. He described ECO-Azerbaijan cooperation as steadily expanding.

The ECO Secretary General also stressed the successful development of the Pakistan-Azerbaijan bilateral relations, mentioning the important contribution to this by the last year's meeting between President Ilham Aliyev and Pakistani Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz.

On the Armenian aggression against Azerbaijan, Khurshid Anwar said the people of Pakistan resolutely condemn this aggression.

President Ilham Aliyev recalled the Baku Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization noting that very successful meetings were held and very important issues were discussed during the event.

He emphasized that the Azerbaijan-Pakistan relations are successfully developing in all areas, and described them as really friendly and fraternal. AzerTAg
