The Committee chief stated that President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Turkish Prime Minister Rajab Tayyip Erdogan and President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Mehmet Ali Telet will participate in the Forum.
The State Committee for Azerbaijanis Living Abroad and World Azerbaijanis Coordination Council created an Organizing Committee and workgroups in order to ensure high organization of the Forum.
Ibrahimov said that state and governmental figures of Azerbaijan and Turkey, authoritative Azeri and Turkish communities abroad, state representatives of Turkish-speaking countries will also join the event.
"450 representatives from 48 countries will be invited to the Forum. 145 persons will represent Azerbaijani Diaspora, 120 Turkish Diaspora, 16 Ahiska Turks, and 23 Iraqi Turks in the event. Besides, 150 guests, including politicians, parliamentarians and state servants, famous scientists and intelligentsia from over 30 countries, who contributed to the development of Azerbaijani and Turkish Diasporas, are expected to participate in the Forum," he said.
Ibrahimov noted that 60 persons from Germany, 29 from the USA, 29 from Bulgaria, 27 from Russia, 18 from Kingdom of Netherlands, 17 from Kingdom of Norway, 16 from Kingdom of Belgium, 15 from Canada, 15 from Rumania and 13 from Austria will attend the Forum. 61 persons are expected to represent Turkey.
"Strategic cooperation between the Turkish-speaking countries, deepening of cooperation in Diaspora building, delivery of information on history, life, socio-economical development level, culture of Turkish-speaking countries to the world community, increase of improvement of Diaspora activities, development of relations between Turkish-speaking countries will be discussed at the Forum," he said.
Some documents will be adopted in the Forum. He said the most important document is Joint action strategy of Azerbaijani and Turkish Diaspora organizations. The project notes the principles and main directions of cooperation between the Diaspora organizations. The project includes forms and methods of cooperation of Azeri and Turkish communities in Europe, the USA and Canada, CIS, Asia and Australia, Central and South America regions. Coordination Council of Azerbaijani and Turkish Diasporas is planned to be formed in the Forum.
"Coordination Council members will be selected among the leaders of Azerbaijani and Turkish communities abroad," he stated.
Appeal to the Turkish-speaking countries, Baku declaration, joint statement on Armenia's aggression against Azerbaijan and Armenians' terror and genocide acts against Azerbaijanis, protest statement to countries making decision on recognition of false Armenian genocide will be adopted in the Forum, APA reports.
