Supreme Court to consider appeal of Yeni Fikir

Chief of the movement Ruslan Beshirli's lawyer Osman Kazimov told the APA that Supreme Court has sent call letter to them. Kazimov said that if Supreme Court rejects their claims, they will appeal to European Court of Human Rights.

We know that Azerbaijani courts will not fulfill our demands. That is why we should pass these courts in order to appeal to European Court, he said.

After the decisions of Court of Grave Crimes Yeni Fikir movement appealed to Court of Appeals, but the court rejected their claims. In this time they have appealed to Supreme Court.
