Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan expand interparliamentary ties

Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan Andar Shukputov met with Ogtay Asadov, the Speaker of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijan Parliament) on February 23.

The sides discussed perspectives of inter-parliamentary cooperation of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, in particular, issues related to participation of the Azerbaijan deputies in the international conference which will be carried out by the Kazakh Senate in Astana were touched upon there too.

Mutual visits of the parliamentarians promote further activation of the relations between the legislative bodies of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, Ogtay Asadov said. Kazinform
