27 February 2007 [08:40] - TODAY.AZ
Azerbaijani Youth Club of Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) with support of Heydar Aliyev Foundation held an event "15 years without Khojaly", Azerbaijani Embassy in Russia informs.

First documentary film about the genocide was demonstrated, APA reports.

MGIMO Azerbaijani Youth Club President Leyla Aliyeva gave information about Nagorno Karabakh and Khojaly genocide. She said that the aim of the event is to inform the world community of Khojaly genocide.

"We call the world community to make efforts to prevent such tragedies," she stated.

Leyla Aliyeva told that Khojaly events showed the results of double standard policy and that international juridical norms are not observed. Leyla Aliyeva said she hopes that Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict will be solved fairly and Khojaly events will be rightly assessed.

Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia Polad Bululoglu said that Azerbaijan develops economically and politically and the occupied territories will soon be liberated.

Photo gallery on Khojaly genocide was organized in the foyer of Central House of Entrepreneurs. Books, journals and booklets sent by Heydar Aliyev Foundation were distributed among the participants.
