Trial on case of former health minister Ali Insanov and ten more defendants accused of embezzlement, abuse of power and bribery continued today at Azerbaijan's Court of Grave Crimes.
The sitting is presided over by Judge Faig Gasimov.
The ex-minister also wanted a microphone to give testimony.
The court staff went for a break after meeting the solicitations of Ali Insanov’s lawyer Agaveyis Shahverdi on sending an inquiry to the Taxes Ministry and demanding the former Minister's testimony given the day he was arrested on October 20, 2005 from the General Prosecutor’s Office Investigation Department on Grave Crimes.
Ali Insanov will give testimony after the break, APA reports.
