Huseyn Abdullayev retains new lawyer

The new attorney told APA that that he has defended Huseyn Abdullayev since March 20 when he was jailed. An appeal will be made against the verdict on March 27.

On March 16, parliamentarians Fazail Agamali and Huseyn Abdullayev fought at a parliament session. Fazail Agamali reported to the court that he was insulted and beaten.

The parliament made a decision on Monday to cancel Abdullayev's immunity of deputy.

A Criminal Case under Articles 221.2.2 (hooliganism) and 132 (beating) was initiated against him. He was sentenced to two months in jail by decision was passed by Nasimi Court on March 19.
