Republic Maternity Hospital's head physician gives testimony in Ali Insanov's trial

The sitting is presided over by Judge Faig Gasimov, APA reports.

Ali Insanov petitioned for creating conditions for former head physician of Lung Disease Institute Ferman Abdullayev's giving testimony.

Gasimov noted that as Ferman Abdullayev has attended the trial for several times as the sufferer, to interrogate him as the witness contradicts law.

Then Ali Insanov's lawyer Agaveys Shahverdi petitioned for interrogating the officer of State Committee for Management of State Property.

Public prosecutor Kamran Aliyev asked for dismissal of the petition.

Judge Gasimov noted that the petition can be considered after the interrogation of all the witnesses and dismissed the solicitation.

Then head physician of Republic Maternity Hospital who worked during 1992-1993, Letife Efendiyeva gave testimony as the sufferer. She noted that she was dismissed in 1993 by Insanov's order. The sufferer noted that Nasimi court passed decision on reinstatement and the decision was not executed.
