Criminal case on MP Huseyn Abdullayev investigated

The investigation of the criminal case on parliamentarian Huseyn Abdullayev has finished and sent to Sebayel district court.

Spokesman for Prosecutor General's Office Eldar Afandiyev told the APA that Huseyn Abdullayev faced charges under articles 128 (actual bodily harm) and 221.2.2 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code.

Criminal case had been launched under articles 132 (beating) and 221.2.2 about Huseyn Abdullayev. The process made it expedient to consider the case uder article 128, not on article 132.

According to Sabail district court, judge Ilham Agayev will preside over the legal proceeding.
