Azerbaijan-US security talks due in June or July

The planned bilateral security talks between Azerbaijan and the US will possibly take place in June or July this year, Deputy Foreign Minister Araz Azimov told journalists.

He underlined that the talks have not yet been scheduled, APA reports.

"Meeting with the US Department of State will take place soon. The meeting has not yet been scheduled. The talks are much likely to be held in June or July. There are no political problems in the delay of talks. The delay is because of technical and bureaucratic obstacles as it is difficult to bring together experts on all spheres," he said.
