Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister meets with OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmen

By some diplomatic sources, the meeting was also attended by the deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Araz Azimov. The sides discussed proposals on the settlement of Nagorno-Garabagh conflict, presented by the mediators in Madrid.

The co-chairmen asked for the Foreign Ministry's opinion on the document, which contains basic principles of the conflict settlement.

After the meeting, the mediators and E.Mamedyarov were received by President Ilham Aliyev.

After the meetings in Azerbaijan, the co-chairmen will leave for Yerevan tomorrow afternoon and then to Khankendi. They will take part in the monitoring, which will be held on the frontline in Aghdam on January 16.
