Said Dadashbeyli's gang appeal to Baku Appellate Court

The due information has been provided by Said Dadashbeyli's defender Elchin Gambarov.

He said the appeal demands to change the preventive measures, choosen for Said Dadashbeyli.

"I have submitted the appeal to the court before the New Year, but there has not been any news since that time", the defender noted.

He said the case had not yet been considered.

It should be reminded that the Court of Grave Crimes has sentenced Said Dadashbeyli to 14 years in prison to be kept in the standard regime penal colony.

The remaining members including Farid Agayev, Rasim Kerimov, Beybala Guliyev, Samir Godjayev were sentenced to 13 years in jail, Rashad Ismailov, Emin Mekhbaliyev, Mikail Idrisov to 12 years in jail, Mubariz Suleymanov to 9 years in jail, Faik Ismailov to 6 years in jail, Zaur Orudjev to 2 years and Fatulla Bagirov to 3.5 years.
