European Court to consider Eldar Namazov's claim in 2008

The plaintiff reported that nearly 30 claims had been sent to the European Court.

"My claim, as the remaining ones, is connected with the failure to recognize deputy powers after parliamentary elections of 2005.

The European Court has not yet launched consideration of these 30 claims, as it is busy with the appeals, which had been submitted a year before ours. But I do hope that all the claims will be considered, including mine, in 2008", E.Namazov said.
