The draft laws "On the Freedom of Assembly" and "On the Freedom of Speech" have not been included into the calendar plan of discussions of laws at the spring session of the Azerbaijani parliament.

The due information has been provided by Igbal Agazade, representative of the Parliamentary Commission on Human Rights.
"Moreover, I have been informed that the permanent commissions of the Milli Medjlis have not discussed these draft laws. Considering the situation, it is possible to say that the issue will not be discussed at the session. But we will strive for the soonest consideration of laws", Agazade said.
It should be reminded that the draft laws were planned to be discussed at the autumn session
The new law was to completely correspond to the world practice.
