Draft law recognizing PKK as terrorist organization introduced to Azerbaijan's Parliament

Panakh Guseyn told Day.Az that the draft law has been taken for consideration.

"The draft law I have presented includes 4 articles. The paragraphs speak of the activity of terrorist organizations and give general information about them.The draft law envisions recognition of PKK as a terrorist structure.

Azerbaijan adopted a law "On combat with terrorism" in 1998 and it has a sufficient number of paragraphs, regarding the activity of terrorist organizations.

The Parliament has also been introduced a draft law on Armenian terrorist organizations. 24 Armenian organizations are recognized as terrorist".

Panakh Guseyn also added that the permanent commission on Natural resources, Energy and Ecology has considered his draft law "On oil".
