After Armenian presidential elections, there has appeared a new possibility to come to an agreement, said OSCE PA President Goran Lennmarker on his arrival in Baku.

He added that the OSCE Minsk Group has long been worked on the settlement of the conflict.
OSCE PA President Goran Lennmarker and the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Finnish Foreign Minister Ilkka Kanerva, arrived in Baku on February 27.
