We want to believe that the new Foreign Minister of Armenia will take a constructive position on the resolution of the Karabakh conflict and this position will base on international law.
The due announcement was made by spokesman for Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry Khazar Ibrahim during a press conference today.

"Armenia's non-constructive position hinders the resolution of the Karabakh conflict. Armenia should understand that in case it does not change its position, it will lose", Kh.Ibrahim noted.
