The Liberal-Democratic Party of Azerbaijan has filed a claim against Kerem Hasanov, head of the state committee for state property management.

The party chairman Fuad Aliyev told Day.Az that the claim was filed in the Khatai district court of Baku.
"We have filed a claim against head of the state committee for state property management Kerem Hasanov, slating his illegal actions as an official. The party passed state registration in the Justice Ministry on July 9 and 1999 and since that time it has sent 9 letters to the state committee with a request to allot it an office for normal activity.
We appealed to the state committee on September 17 of 1999, January 12 of 2000, May 23 of 2001, July 24 of 2002, February 16 of 2004, June 10 of 2004, August 21 of 2005, April 4 of 2006 and February 12 of 2007, said Aliyev.
He considers that their structure, which passed state registration on July 9 of 1999, has a right to get an office in line with the law. The state committee for state property management also has a place for the head, according to the head of the party: building No 60 at Ibrahimpasha Dadashev street in Binaqadi. The offices of the Council for Press, Social-Democratic Party of Azerbaijan and Adalyat party are locating there.
"Seeing that through five years the state committee has not proposed to our party even a single version of a space for the office, we have filed a claim against the head of the committee Kerem Hasanov and we ask Khatai court to decide about allotment of a space for the party", concluded Fuad Aliyev.
