John McCain, ex-presidential candidate of the USA, who recently visited Georgia, admires both the country and its leader.
"Georgia is a wonderful country and has a great president," the senator said in the interview with the FoxNews.
"If the Americans really want to visit a country where they really love the USA, I advise them to visit to Georgia", he said.
Previously Georgia Times reported that Mikheil Saakashvili awarded McCain the order of the National Hero of Georgia.
The senator presented speech and expressed gratitude to all the people of Georgia.
He reassured the continuation of overall support to Georgia by the USA.
McCain underlined that democratic values are the issues uniting the countries.
The responsibility and the wish of the USA is to ensure human rights protection and development of democracy all over the world, he stated.
