Turkish trade minister visits Saudi Arabia for talks

Turkish Industry and Trade Minister Nihat Ergun departed Friday for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to hold a series of contacts.

Ergun is scheduled to meet with his Saudi Arabian counterpart Abdallah bin Zaynal Ali Reza to devise ways to boost trade volume between the two countries.

Also, Ergun will meet Turkish and Saudi businesspeople as well as Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, secretary general of the Organization of the Islamic Conference.
