Iranian envoy: Iran backs Armenia-Turkey reconciliation

“We always hailed normalization of relations with neighboring states, especially in case of Armenia. It also refers to improvement of ties with Azerbaijan and we would favour both processes,” said ambassador, adding that any ease of tension in the region will be advantageous for all regional countries.

Saghaeyan noted that Iran has good relations with all neighboring states and will spare no effort for Armenia-Turkey border to be open.
