Iran starts manufacturing intellectual radars

03 March 2010 [12:45] - TODAY.AZ
Iranian specialists have manufactured intellectual radar by using a brand new polymer, Sukheil Yuzkhani, Rah Puyan company director of scientific research said.
According to Yuzkhani, the radars quickly change their range and can detect different waves and frequencies. The polymer used in the radar automatically regulates geometrical changes.

These radars are designated primarily for weather forecasts and communication reasons.

Common radars are capable of transmitting or receiving information within a limited frequency, while the new radars are capable of transmitting information within one frequency and receiving information within another, he said.

Another advantage of the radar is its lightness, Yuzkhani said.
