Turkish President Abdullah Gul held a phone conversation with his U.S. counterpart Barack Obama on Wednesday.
Sources from the Turkish Presidency told the AA that President Gul and Obama exchanged views on bilateral and regional issues.
The fact that Gul-Obama conversation took place prior to the voting on a resolution on the incidents of 1915 at the United States House of Representatives on Thursday, March 4 was noteworthy, said officials.
