When the new government of Ukraine "will start performing its duty in full scale", intensive dialog between Kyiv and Tbilisi will be resumed, stated Givi Targamadze, chairman of the parliamentary Committee for Defense and National Security.
In his view, Ukraine "preserved its strategic line."
"Kyiv shows interest in reforms conducted in Georgia," he said.
He added meetings at the level of ministers are expected, and then a meeting of the two Presidents Viktor Yanukovich and Mikheil Saakashvili can take place. In his opinion, the meeting may take place "in the nearest time."
