Turkish weightlifter becomes European champion

Turkish weight-lifter has become European champion after reaching 88 kg in snatch in the European Weight-Lifting Championships in Minsk, Belarus.
On the second day of the championships, Aylin Dasdelen competing in women's 53 kg category, won gold medal after lifting 88 kg.

Valiantsi Liakhavets of Belarus came on the second place and Boyanka Kostova of Bulgaria ranked third.

Another Turkish weight-lifter, Sibel Ozkan, was ranked fifth in the same category.

Nearly 200 weight-lifters from 40 countries are competing in the championships.
