Nowruz holiday celebrated in Hungary

Azerbaijan`s Embassy in Hungary has organized an event marking Nowruz holiday in Budapest.

The event brought together employees of the Embassy, members of Azerbaijan`s diaspora
organizations and representatives of the diplomatic corps.

Addressing the event, Azerbaijani Ambassador Vilayat Guliyev provided an insight into the history of Nowruz holiday. The diplomat also congratulated the Azerbaijani people on the occasion of the holiday.

The event also featured performance by prominent pianist, People's Artist of Azerbaijan Yegane Akhundova.
