
An earthquake has today hit the Guba District of Azerbaijan, Republican Seismological Service Center of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) said.
The earthquake was recorded at 12:50 local time (GMT+5) in Guba District, some 18 kilometres southwest of the Siyazan District, according to preliminary data.
The quake's strength was 3.2 points on the Richter scale, and its source was at a depth of two kilometres.
The tremors were not felt.
