For the last 10 months 3 million 842 thousand 500 persons were engaged in labour activity in Azerbaijan

According to the information given to APA from the State Statistics Committee (SSC), 39,5% of population are engaged in agriculture, hunting and forest economies, 6,9% in industry, 5,1% in construction, 16,7% in the fields of wholesale and retail sale, repair of motor cars, house things and things of individual use, 5,7% in transport, storehouse economy and communication, 8,7% in education, 4,6% in health and social service fields and 12,8% in other fields.

Special weight of outside substitutes in the total number of workplaces filled in enterprises and organizations equaled to 0,7% and special weight of persons working on the basis of treaties of a civil-legal character equaled to 1,3%. 18% of substitutes and persons working on the basis of treaties of a civil-legal character were registered in building, 16,9% in education, 14,2% in transport, storehouse economy and communication, 10,6% in operations concerning immovable property, in the field of renting and consumer service, 5,9% in health and social services.
