Heavy fire happened in asylum in Suleyman Rustam Street, some injured

As APA informs according to the Head State Fire Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, special calls had been received by the Department. The asylum was on fire at the moment.

Fire-fighters were experiencing difficulties in putting out the fire. Witnesses said that doctors on duty, nurses and about 50 mentally ill persons had been inside the building when the fire happened. Mentally ill persons were taken to the Asylum situated in Bayil and City Clinical Hospital #1 by ambulances. Some of them were injured. It was reported that some had got heavily burnt.

The deputy chief of the Baku City Main Board of Police Yashar Aliyev was at the fire site, too.
