Large-scale programs developed on purification of oil-polluted areas

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources is developing large-scale programs on purification of oil-polluted areas.

The Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Huseyngulu Baghirov said that financial sources are determined for those programs at present.

The World Bank intends to assist Azerbaijan in this field. According to the Minister, small-capacity purification works are implemented to clean lands from oil in separate territories at present, APA informs.
