Three injured in explosion in Sumgyit

On December 3, around 06:40 Baku time, the Republican Emergency and Urgent Medical Assistance Center received a call about an explosion in an apartment in the 13th microdistrict of Sumgayit city. 6 emergency medical teams were involved in the incident, Azernews reports, via the Sumgayit Medical Center.

According to preliminary information, 3 people (2 men, and 1 woman) who were injured as a result of the incident were hospitalized in the Sumgayit Medical Center Emergency Hospital.

People born in 1977, 2007, and 2010 were admitted to the Intensive Care Unit with severe burn injuries.

Currently, the condition of 1 person is serious, and the condition of the others is moderate.
